When Game Hunting of Stone Age Man poofed, his evolutionary survival instinct got him to explore ‘Stony Sickles’ and ‘Wild Barley’ for field cultivations.
But did you know the prior ‘Savage Hunter’ counterpart of our now ‘Tilling man’ had a different Blood Group altogether? It was Blood Group ‘O’ that was first to appear on the face of Earth. Being a highly acidic sorts Blood Type, Group O’s could easily digest mammoth-sized meats!!!!!
Then the “Theory of Natural Selection” played its part. Ice Age bid Goodbye! Diseases, Climate, Altitude all mutated Blood Group O over thousands of years, with Blood Group A emerging in the life and times when Neolithic man decided to settle his troupe. Everything food, plants as well as animals, were domesticated and kept nearby. Stable Communities cropped up. With new diet, digestive tracts and immune systems of this ancestral man also altered. If Ice Age man suffered from parasitic worms in his gut, Neolithic Man, our Type A Blood Group, was primarily found to have Tuberculosis like infections…….
“Even today, you’ll find Countries of the World populated with certain Blood Types amongst A, B, AB and O and those then associated with specific disease risks.”
Back to our Neolithic Man... aka Farmer…aka Blood Group A!
So, then what are Blood Group As’ Like?
Think Dawn of Agriculture. Group A’s bloom on Vegetarian Diets, that say a strict No-No to all varieties of Animal Proteins and Dairy.
Ask why? Well, unlike acidic Type O’s, Blood Group A’s have meagre Hydrochloric Acid in their tummy, which refuses to readily digest any sorts of Animal Protein? Inversely, they have high levels of Intestinal Disaccharide Digestive Enzyme levels that are major Carbohydrate Metabolizers!! Carbohydrates like Millet, Flax, Rice, that is grown in the fields?
But, the Group A was the first to live in supportive, structured locales. They weren’t nomadic and hence their Neurochemical disposition too was more balanced! Still, Group A’s too have their fair share of Health risks.
Medical Risks of Type As:
· Type As have 25-30% more Blood-Clotting Proteins known as Von Willebrand factor and Factor VIII, hence, they have 15% higher risk of dying from Heart Disorders.
· Poor levels of Stomach Acids expose them more to Stomach Cancer Ailments. Animal Proteins are known to rot and ferment in their Gut for days, building Toxic Bacteria in the tissues.
· This low Acid also disturbs the absorption of Vitamin B12, leaving type A’s prone to Pernicious Anemia.
· Their Immune system is vulnerable to Microbial Infections and they are prone to Type 1 Diabetes.
