So how did it all begin? The Blood Type O was Nature’s first success formula. It was the earliest Human Blood Group. Our Typo O ancestors were meat-eating aggressive predators, with herculean constitution! They truly lived the adage – “Survival of the Fittest!”.
Next, the Human Race slowly evolved into Agrarian practices. And Type A Blood Group was born!!Type A’s survived majorly on plant-based diets, with some wild-caught fish. Welcome to Civilization!

1. Blood Type O - “The Hunter”:
The Earliest Humans were Carnivores. All they ate was Meat and Fish!! So, If you’re a Type O, a High-protein,Low-carb diet would work wonders for you!
Type O Blood Bearers have acidic Digestive Systems, with super-fast Metabolism. Hence, they thrive well on Animal Proteins and Fats, with fewer Plants’ intake.
Dear Type O, Gravitate towards the ‘Food of Hunters’:

2. Blood Type A - “The Herbivores”
This group of ‘Cultivators’ appeared around 25,000 – 15,000 BC years ago; as wildlands were groomed into lush farm fields.
Group As’ should consume heaps of fresh and organic vegetables, fruits and grains only. No Meat Please!!
With less stomach acid, people with Type-A Blood have delicate Immune Systems. Their digestive construct is unable to process animal-based foods easily.
Dear Type A, Munch on everything ‘Agrarian’:
- Fruits and Vegetables
- Whole Grains, Beans and Legumes
- Tofu, Soy, Seafood, Turkey
- Fruits (specially Pineapple)
- Olive Oil
But Avoid:
- Meat
- Dairy
- Beans (Kidney Beans, Lima Beans)
- Wheat, Corn
Type A’s have naturally elevated levels of ‘Cortisol’ - the notorious Stress Hormone. They also tend to be susceptible to Cardiovascular conditions. Those with Type A Blood Group must consume Healthy Fats, as far as possible, and avoid Gluten containing foods..

3. Blood Type B - “The Nomad” :

- Select Meats, Liver

- Grains, Select Beans and Legumes
But Avoid:
- Chicken
- Tomatoes
- Peanuts
- Lentils, Sesame Seeds
- Wheat, Buckwheat, Corn
Type B Blood Groupers must avoid Chicken and replace it with other Proteins like Fish and Eggs, for metabolic well-being. Unbalanced Type Bs can harbour increased risk for Depression,Hypothyroidism and Insulin Resistance.
